    ABSTRACT :

    One of impact of the global financial crisis in Indonesia is the high number of unemployment. There is no other way to make unemployment to get a job, unless they become entrepreneur. Refer to the availability of unlimited real-time access to information as one of the characteristics of globalization and huge potential of human resource, open opportunities for Indonesia to become a producer of professional manpower in the field of Information and Communications Technology, especially the content business.
